Refund Policy

General policy
ExamPlatform provides digital services — online exams, mock tests, and subscription features. Under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules 2020, digital content products are eligible for a refund when the service was not delivered as described.
Because our exams are digital and consumed at the moment of access, our refund eligibility windows are narrow. Please read the conditions below carefully before making a purchase.
Exam purchases (when payments are enabled)
Eligible for a refund:
- ✓Technical failure: you paid for an exam but were unable to start it due to a confirmed platform error on our side.
- ✓Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same exam.
- ✓Content mismatch: the exam content is materially different from what was described on the exam detail page.
Not eligible for a refund:
- ✗After you have started the exam — the service has been partially consumed once a session begins.
- ✗Poor score or dissatisfaction with the difficulty level.
- ✗Change of mind after purchase.
- ✗Slow internet connection or device issues on your side.
How to request a refund
- Email [SUPPORT_EMAIL] with subject "Refund Request — [Order ID]".
- Include: your registered email address, the exam name or subscription type, date of purchase, and your reason for requesting a refund.
- We will respond within 2 business days confirming whether the refund is approved.

| Net banking | 3–5 business days |
Grievance
If your refund request is rejected and you disagree with the outcome, you may escalate by emailing [GRIEVANCE_EMAIL] or using our online Grievance Form. Our Grievance Officer will respond within 24 hours and resolve within 15 days.
You may also file a complaint with your state's Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission or the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) if you believe your consumer rights have been violated.
